As you all can see, the 20th spot is still up for grabs, so if somebody decides to join in before it's their turn, they are welcome to do so. If not, we will lead on with 19 players!
The winner of the lottery will be able to pick by midnight or noon depending on the time zone they are in. (I am in GMT -5 which is central, you can do the math from there).
After that there will be 12 hours for the next person to pick. To make the draft go by quicker this year, after the 5th round, the cut off will be 6 hours. Which means that if you do not get your pick in within that time frame, you will be skipped and the next participant will be allowed to make a selection. This will be up for change if necessary, but it is in efforts to get the selection process done as quick as possible.
The format is the same as previous years, which is the snake format. That means the first pick will get the last pick in the next round, and the last pick of the lottery will get to make the first pick in the coming round.
