He always used to claim to be published in African magazines - I wonder if that's true, I mean, African magazine standards may not be too high?

I don't think he was Nigerian, he sounded way too Western-ized. His poems were kind of boring too... I appreciate that they had somewhat of a nice artistic and expressive quality but my attention span was too short for them. I wanted some about violence or some sort of deviancy.

He also never posted a pic so we couldn't verify him.

I think he might have been educated in Britain or something, he certainly gave the impression he came from a wealthy family.
