I'm a big Tevez fan, but I wasn't necessarily targeting him. If I had a pick where Theo did, I probably would have gone for him, but I don't think he's quite good enough for #9 and he's too good for #24. I think he's the ideal player for that second striker in the Bayern style 4-2-3-1.

On the other hand, I thought Drogba might slip to me under the radar, so his selection upset me.

Rony sent me a list 25 minutes ago. I'll give him until 10:30 in case he wants to make his own pick, or make a change, but then I'll select for him.

I guess that explains why you didn't pick him first, coz I was surprised you didn't ...

I was thinking Essien would be passed over (hah) till at least the 2nd round (yeah, I had my eye on him) ...

but then again I didn't think Zlatan would be anywhere near the top 10 picks (which forced my hand at a quick trade + pick position agreement) ...

guess the draft has been a little unpredictable ... I'm kinda surprised not to see a couple of names from a certain English team ...

Dude, Zlatan's transfer last summer was astronomical. It's crazy to me that you thought he would last all the way to your pick.

And BOOOOO to daS. Going by Istanbul time you had all day to make your pick. Oh well, by my watch you have 1 minute left, otherwise both of your picks are skipped and I will seriously consider replacing you.

Same goes for Fili, although he's much more regular, so I'm not as worried.

The only reason I took Zlatan was because I had a high pick. I was targeting Drogba the whole time, but decided Zlatan was a nice catch.
