That name (Shahab Shaterian), sounded me too much like Shlomy Sharabani, wich is also from FIFA-MRA.....

No He is author of many EURO 2004 kits.

He is also doing an EURO 2004 Patch.

it's possible, but i don't think so, cause the kit is from the classic patch and this stands on fifa-mra:
