man, use CM12 to import this files and copy to FIFA 13 folder's.

Use the "File >> Open Selected All >> go to FIFA 12\DATA >> Select the db files.

Now is a process to import graphics and take them in .rx3 on FIFA 12\Data\scenedata. A simple process with various tutorials on youtube.
