Hi everybody...

i think that the demo of Wc2002 is great, i like the way the players move with the ball, and i think that there are many new features in the game... I think it is all right that you critize EA, because we have been ripped off more than once by them... But I must say that for now i think that the demo is good...

Keep the faith guys, they(EA) might change some of the problems in the demo before they ship the game - at least i hope so!

the game is done dudes. what you see now is what you'll get in the store plus some gay intro movie with PS2 players in it :rolleyes:

as for the game, I think it will be the best one ever if only EA can fix the super header problem

press e when you have the ball and arent running, then use z and c keys to keep the ball up. you can do skills depending on which player u are using but i aint totally worked out how to do these yet :) its just lucky when my player suddenly performs a trick. whenever you see the airplay bar (sometimes when your player takes control of a high ball) you can use z and c to keep the ball up.

one other thing ive noticed with the demo tho, i really hate the way that every ball that a player receives has to be controlled before you can do anything with it. i power up the bar before the ball reaches the player, but they still control it on their chest (or other misc. body part :)) before attempting to play the ball. and of course on world class mode im always tackled.... really annoying

i thought the demo that fifa released was the best one so far. The gameplay has changed a bit which makes it more realistic but poeple keep on complaining about pooey little things that you would expect in real life. Like when you do a conservative tacklefrom behind or th side you stumble, probably cos you kick the player and not the ball. How do you expect to take the ball when you are not near it, when done infront you take the ball no probs so play it properly all moaners. The gameplay is more down to earth than the previous ones, its all about tactics and timing just like the real thing.

There are some problems though such as the bullet headers which are unstopable and are faster than shots with feet. And they should have made fouls for conservative from behind or ones that knock the player out of the way when it is done improperly. The comp should give away some freekicks at least, ive played the some over and over and have never ever had a free-kick, i dont even know what its like to take one. I also dont like the volleys and headers, when with marking an attcker, sometimes he headers it and some times he brings it on his chest and either blasts it away or gets tackled. I love the new chest and volleys, at least theyve got things right that werent previously. Overall its a better game than the last joke they released and ill be bying it when it comes out.

Yeah.. i think that WC will be the best EA Sports Soccer game... but i think the same that most of you.. the game is ok but PES is a lot better....

WC has a lot of bugs, like super headshots and ridiculous stuffs like tails....

Talking about World Cup.. what is the official website? I've the 2 demos (official and unofficial) but i want to visit the official website... on www.easports.com there isn't any WC information...

Don't be fooled by the cosmetics that EA have placed into the game, remember that idiotic demo movie from the Fifa 2002 disaster, the one where the guy slides across the pitch on his wet arse and scoots off down the tunnel with his bollocks on fire, that summed up that so called footy game, and this one isn't too far behind it, full of Keystone Kops movie clips and stupid gimmics that destroy any semblance of realistic gameplay. Ps2,Ps2 oh how we do love you deh dah. :)
