Suppose, I’ve to explain my adjustments.
Think, it goes without saying, that before to give some solutions, I’ve had to play in WC2002. If someone’s don’t think so, please, don’t read what I would write beneath.
The true is - CPU is always cheating, (who played - those know), so I suppose to have a right to force him (CPU) like I had to.
The main idea is - CPU must play like me - HUMAN.
If I can’t shot like him, he must do the same, if I can’t make a pass like him, he must do ..,. and so on and so other.
He can beat me only in the fairplay.
That’s why I’ve made adjustments to get CPU nearly on my level.
Nevertheless, there are a difference between BE, AM, PR and WC.
If u make the same adjustments on the BE, AM, PR and WC, u’ll see that CPU will play in the other ways, on the mentioned levels.
The hard level is – WC.
That’s why, I’ve made experiments only on this level.
SHOTMODEL = 0 – means, that human can shot with mistakes (as far as I’ve understood)
CPUSHOTS = 0 – means, that CPU would do the same, like me.
In spite, that EA’ve fixed Supermanheader, I decided to decrease a shot model a little bit - to be more realistic. Pay attention on the last two dates.

So, what we have:

WC_SHOT_ASSIST = 4.0
WC_CPUSHOT_MAXVARIANCE = 35.0
Now, CPU tries to cheat at the shots, but their player’s can miss, as far as I am.
Finally, we (human with CPU) may have a challenge. As my point of view – challenge means - GOOD PLAYING, but not less of control at the human part (as EA did).
And, of course, about slide tackle.
There is only one way to make a foul – slide tackle, but CPU almost doesn’t make a foul, so I’ve to do the same:
