Rabsy, I would recommend you to get it. It has been really improved. The game speaks for itself. Lots of them here give positive comments about the game. Gameplay wise, it is way better than the previous Fifas'. The last good game was Fifa 2003 for me. After that i think Fifa 07 is better. Commentary is good and crowd chants are nice. Always love it when i take an away team n lead the home team 0-3 and do not give possession of the ball. The crowd begins to boo.. Graphics wise not a good job. :nape: Pitch looks disastrous. Colour is too dark. :kader: Very hard to score with headers which makes it realistic. Free kicks are easier to score. If you are a fan of gameplay and if you were craving for one, then go get it. :rockman: Although not as good as PES, they are not as bad. I've never really tried the multiplayer mode. So i wouldn't know about it. Otherwise good game.

If you are familiar with every version from WC 98 onwards then you ought to know exactly what to expect. Some things are much improved (eg. heading, many aspects of manager mode), some things are worse (eg. fatigue for lower level teams/players) and some things are sadly unchanged (eg. scheduling two games on the same day, presenting a decent highlights package at the end of the game, computer controlled players scoring ridiculous long range goals).

If you've bought every previous version and feel that you've got your money's worth each time then you will do so again. If you are looking for a near perfect game of Association Football that represents a pinnacle of computer gaming experience then forget it.
