They do work, and those figures are in CHF...I earn over 300k CHF in a home match (12000 spectators).

Well it's entirely your decision, since you're the manager, but IMO i think you should, they are very useful for training your squad, after all, isn't that what coaches are paid to do?

i think you should have coaches like that when ur player has at least 5 ballers, or worth enough to be coached with such elites.

if not its just a waste, i recon getting the d coaches first or e coaches first for starters, they do pull up ur training efficiency, at least double i think.
