Let me get this straight. A lot of us complaint about how European FIFA makes their games so now they’ve gone out and decided to make a title dedicated to a European only tournament.
HOW ABOUT MAKING COPA LIBERTADORES 2005 AS WELL, oops I forgot, that’s just some insignificant S. American tournament!!!!!!!!!!!! Never mind right?

Hmm…wait a minute, last year they made EURO 2004; and of course they didn’t consider making COPA AMERICA...hmm sounds so familiar, should we expect anything else from EA? I know, maybe they can include only European Nations on their next RWC edition, just forget S. America!

Seriously though, EA could bank hard if they made a title that included not only the European tournament but also the S. American Tournament. Why not just include both. Heck I would just buy the game for a chance to play with my favorite Peruvian club. I bet other gamers would also love the chance to take their country’s club to the final of Copa Libertadores (one of the most exciting tournaments on Earth). The winners of each could then face each other. Darn include all the federation's main tournaments, and let the winners play a World Cup of Clubs (like it will happen in real life according to FIFA).

So, shut us up for good EA. Show us that we are wrong when we say that you guys don’t give a crap about S. American soccer.

Well what do you guys think, am I at least somewhat coherent or what?

I just say this:

Most important tournaments:

1. Olympic games
2. Word Cup
3. Champions League
4. European Cup
5. Copa America
6. Libertadores

One more example of how important is Champions League is that FC Porto played Intercontinental Cup as just a cup, one more game, one more thropy, of course it was important to become world champion but it was much more important become european champions, it's a dream. In South America Once Caldas won the libertadores but when they got to intercontinental they prepared it 4 months before and they said it was the most important competition and that the dream of any south american team is become world champion... now you can see the difference between champions league and libertadores, Champions league is watched by most people in all the world and not only in europe, if EA started to make libertadores game people in europe would not buy and also in other places of the world people dream about play with Real Madrid, Manchester, Arsenal... you said they should include both, you're wrong, UEFA sold his rigths to EA so EA made a game of Champions League, only champions league and like i said, don't even try to compare both competitions...

A Copa America game wouldn't be much fun. there'd be only 12 teams. It's fine to include it in regular Fifa, and they should include all South American nations.

:kader: :kader: :kader: :kader:

there have been many south american teams that have won the intercontinental cup
just answer this
how many european teams have won it?
how many south american teams have won it?

EDIT: in football, the world cup is more important that the olympic games bcuz in the olympics u cant bring the stars, u can only bring 3 players that are older than 23
so WC is much more important

WTF? If you talking about football then most nations don't even participate and even if they do they don't put out their strongest side.

the olympics are not more important than the world cup, because the teams are under 23, the spirit of the olympics is the amateurism (FIFA is not included there)
as far as i know in term of prestige the Euro is more important than Champions League, always the NT competitions are more important, the Champions is the most important competition of clubs.
IMO EA doesnt have a clue about making football games, they only do it for the money, look at his games, Fifa football is crap, TCM was good in his first version, later they include footbal "crap" fussion, and now they are making useless games like Fifa street or this one.

Many people have been arguing that Euro has become an even tougher tournament than the World Cup though it doesn't include nations outside of Europe. The Olympics definately aren't the most important tournament, most teams don't even try, like Shifty the Monkey said. And Champions League has be come a very prestigious tournament as well.

TOO RIGHT U ARE!!!! I thought the onli reason they made more games would be to sell, well ea hav e got sumthing wrong there, they haven;'t got these south american teams and comps which would help sell heaps more!!!!

No one cares about the Olympic Games. The World Cup is the most important tournament and always will be. Then the Champions League, then the European Cup...everything else is all relevant to the part of the world you are from.

I agree except with the olympic games, it's not really important, the europeans just care about the intercontinental when they win it.(:/)

You're right dude, players like, Samuel, Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos, Ronaldinho, Cafu, Forlan, Solari, Saviola, Riquelme, Aimar, Crespo, etc, etc, weren't star players until they arrived to Europe, shame on Tevez he didn't go to Europe, so he won't be an elite players like these others.

:crazyboy:

PS: Evidently by this face you can "deduce", that i was being sarcastic on that last comment.

Tevez will eventually go to Europe, he's still very young. I did think it was a bit silly to go from Argentina to Brazil, though.
