It depends on Lazio's policy(for me if milan gives a young Italian player+cash,clearly let's shake the hands),srry if he came and would win the derby with your rival;but surely if he moves to them many people will make for him a perfect face; I tried to request but it's just a long shot;simply he stay at wrong team;so pls don't try it again,u make someone so tire
