The terrorists that got away were using their clothes as a disguise. There are probably other reasons for it aswell. From what I've heard on Sky News, one of the female suicide bombers "accidentally" blew herself up, and one child that was taken hostage said that one of the bombs that was planted to the ceiling in the Gym peeled off and fell to the surface and then exploded.

anyways this was a lose - lose situation to Russia, you can't blame the government for the decision of entering the building. No government would ever agree with the demands of the terrorists so it was only a matter of time before this had to be done. If they hadn't done anything no one doubts the terrorists would have had the guts to slay everyone.

However Russia should solve the Chechen issue once and for all... or this kind of violence isn't going to stop... much like palestinians and Israel.
We all condemn the terrorist methods of the rebels but we should try to understand why they did it.
No one enters a school and makes 750 people hostages, no one blows a bus in Israel, or drives a plane into the WTC, without a very strong reason for it no matter how low and dispisable terrorists may be.
