Yes, the signature rules should be followed. If you use a sig that doesn't follow the rules it will be removed. However, it's difficult and take a lot of time for us to constantly check this, but please report it and action will be taken. We have these rules to keep this forum clean and tidy and not overcrowded with pictures in sigs which would make the forum look like a mess.
