After a couple of hours, a lot of editing, not just uv map editing but structure editing, here is what i came up with. As you can see its a lot better than last times version. Enjoy!

looks great Andy, but I think you should try to get the actual font used by Signia instead of using the ball's pic and copying the letters from there
