i did what u said, i deleted the rx3s in the data folder and imported your pngs into the kitnumbers, then i hit save in cm16

but then i go into the game and they appear as green and blue squares, i tried everything :/ there has to be an solution , i wanna play with the new kitnumbers so badly

Try to put the rx3 files directly in data/sceneassets/kitnumbers

Have you tried picking a "clean" rx3, for example number 80 or something like that?

I think I had the same problem... I managed to solve it by taking a kitnumber that was showing normally ingame, resized them to FIFA 16 size and imported to that rx3 with another tool, like CG Editor
