The problem with that 2nd formation is that it is too attacking, Javi alone isn't enough sometimes... It's not that I don't like it, I enjoy the attacking football but we'll most certainly suffer a goal if we use that in Europe...
I think Witsel will play at his (Javi Garcia) side, with a little more freedom, considering it's an away match. If not the formation will just be too unbalanced imo.

Again Nolito scored, we started practically losing we got winning 2-1, some of the players didnt go well with the tactic, some of them were just tired.
Maxi played like crap, Artur like a king.
Also the 2nd goal of Twnte was a foul, but yeah they add more ref to dont see.

Everytime Jesus change the tactic to defend a result we suffer a goal. Just saying.

I agree it's sometimes frustrating to watch him for some time/the rest of the match, but as long as he keeps scoring I won't complain. His passing accuracy rate tonight was above the other matches he played so far this season so he's improving.
Saviola for instance had a worse match. And this goes way back, say the entire last season? Although I'm not sure if this only on him, JJ did play him until he was exhaust, let's hope he regains his fitness and stabilizes soon. Otherwise Jara may take his place (oh but it seems JJ doesn't like him...

Maxi is tired, just let me think why we didnt give chances to Wass or get another RB when Maxi was playing at his NT.
But yeah Jorge changed the tactic we suffered, he should have put Amorim in Maxi place and Matic earlier.

I consider him a good player, still young with potential but can be very useful this season... Hope it's only made-up news, 'cause it's an even worse decision than letting Martins go imo.
Also Mika's been amazing in the under-20 World Cup. Good we got him before the tournament started
