I downloaded Sndview 0.42 from nhlinfo.net and extracted the files but couldn't get the .exe file to open. I want to extract the songs from fifa2003, please tell me where can i download the version of sndview which is workable...

It's a DOS Console program. Use in the command line. If using Windows XP, that's Command Prompt, if any other version of Windows, DOS Prompt.
