snowfall patch?

There IS snow in FIFA 10. Just play in winter at night or overcast-day.

unfortunately i couldnt find a snow graphic in the games files, the snow is so ugly.
id love to find a way to make the snow stick to the pitch.

I tried to breath but it seems to matter to the players gloves. I thought it was a little snow falls in the snow and the track ...

The snow isn't the best. It'd be great to get it to stick to the pitch. But, more realistically, it'd be great to just be able to adjust the thickness of the snow falling down. (like make the snowflakes bigger) Also it'd be good to make more snow particles falling down at once.

It'd be cool too to get a really good snow turf. I know there are a few snow turf patches, and they aren't bad, but i'd really like to get a turf with fluffy white snow powder. Snow that you can see in cutscenes and replays similarly to how you can see the blades of grass up close.

Once we get a really nice fluffy white powder snow turf, it'd be amazing if players could actually run through it. like part of the players shoes would be covered in snow.

The dream would be to actually have them create snow footprints as the game progresses, but that's probably not possible and would probably hurt performance. Still, we can dream, can't we?

I realise that lol but i found this a while ago and posted it on here to try and convert to FIFA but got no replies.

At least we know that if its on PES theres a chance it can be done for FIFA too

So anyone wanna have a go at converting or porting this to FIFA?

i have the pes pitch textures.

all i would have to do is add a little white snow to the texture.

See this is what I'm talking about. The snow turf seen in that thread for FIFA 06 is awesome. Has anyone seen a snow turf like that in FIFA 10? I know there's a few snow turf's for FIFA 10, but I haven't seen any with snow that white.

The first step is to have a really white snow turf for FIFA 10. Then with a little luck (or skill) we can deal with the snow particles and try to get more snow particles falling down at the same time or something.

Umm, and I'd like to see a white powder snow turf, possible even a snow turf that makes it look like you are running through snow. Like maybe an inch of snow on the ground and when you run, you can't see the bottom of the players shoes and part of the ball because it's covered in snow.

Agree completely but it's easier said than done, probably very hard to do
