So, what kind of mods do we think will be possible?

I'm just trying to get an idea of what can be done eventually - I appreciate that it's all new code, so it might take a while to figure it out, but do you reckon that we'll be able to:

1. Have a weather changer.
2. Assign unique stadiums to each team.
3. Enable all times of day/weather for all stadiums
4. Make the existing chants much louder and/or make new chantpacks for the game, including teams that don't have chants right now.

5. Edit various graphical things - nets, turf, etc.
6. Mod the game so that the Champions League is authentic (for example) - CL adboards, TV overlays and entry music? I suppose that one will depend on whether there is a separate file being played when the teams come out on the pitch - I can't hear one right now, apart from International matches where you get the home team's anthem.
7. Make/import cinematics.
8. Or best of all, what chances of a Creation Master for Fifa 11?

Keep up the great work guys! I look forwards to seeing what you come up with. At least this time, the game's worth modding, eh?

4) chants shouldn't be hard but idk if there's sth in process
5) that's in process already, check the editing forum =)
6) yeah that'd be cool but the code needs to be figured out 1st, then to make sbs and so on
7) the only possibility would be to take out xbox fifa11 cinematics and import em here, dont know if the code allows it
8) difficult, at least until rinaldo familiarizes with all the new code.

How bout gameplay modding? Speed of powerup meters, trapping, variation like we could do in FIFA 10 PC.

How are the goalkeepers in FIFA 11 PC? I know they are better than default FIFA 10 GKs, but is there still room for improvement?

goalkeepers are good man but they can be imporved ... and stasima is kinda bad, players get too tired but they run anyway ..

and bout gameplay, there are good aspects and others that arent that good, like shooting, ball physics, etc

What about extending Virtual Pro beyond four seasons - could that be done? Four seasons is useless - especially when compared to PES' BaL mode.

It doesn't matter if virtual pro is 4 seasons long, you can start a new one any time you want and the progress to your pro is maintained. I think the pro is saved in the profile. I have two, one as a ST and other one which i started as a CB (for the defender exclusive accomplishments) but was placed as a RB and now although it shows ST i'm still playing at RB. (Before everyone asks, i don't have two pros, i edited the position before i started a new one and somehow it worked.)

Really? That's great news - so does your player's age go up as well using that method? How would you say it stacks up to PES' BaL?

Both MM and BAP, are very poor in comparison to PES' ML and BAL. But this year PES' engine is a train wreck in comparison to FIFA's. Personally, I prefer manager games for manager modes, but BAP or BAL are a very interesting game mode. In FIFA you'll never be a sub or play less than a full match either on reserve, first team, or national team. And you only play the league schedule, no national cups or international competitions. In MM only national cups, but still no international competitions, as they appear to have been banished from the game.

yeah I agree, but that's only on 1st season. from 2nd season and so on, the intl cups are available.

but BAL is better, no doubt.

If they become available in 2nd season that means they're somewhere in the database, that means they will eventualy be editable. Imagine a specific tournament of champions and europa league teams with their proper scoreboards, peswhat?
