This world league sounds like a great idea to me!
I registered on the site where you post the players you want on the teams, I logged in, but when I clicked on one of the links eg. English Team, Spanish Team, a thing came up that said something like: The administrator has required a password to access this page. So I typed in my password, but it said the password was incorrect. What is the password? I want to post a really good Spanish Team that I thought of. Since I can't post it at that site, I will post it here, and could someone who can access the forums post it there in case I can't get onto them? Anyway here it is:
There are no more than 5 players from the same team on the starting lineup. I even posted a good bench too.
