I dont think they have an away kit, would you mind maybe just making one up? Just be creative, ryan mann made 1 before, and i think its a pretty good style, but maybe you could update/fix a little. Sorry if im being really presumptuous but you are a fantastic kits maker and since you're from australia i think its a good situation

That's a nice kit...

The Force away kit should be one of the easiest ever except I can't find the logo for the front, it's different to the home. According to the Best bricks website site it says "BEST TILES & TERRAZZO" but I can't find the actual logo.

Great Aussie Kits, but as some have said..

Those kits are our previous.

As for the ones you called the "Under 21" kits, they're not under 21, just the old kits of our national team. ALL our national teams use the same kits, age doesnt make a difference.

The one's currently in the game, by EA Sports, are the REAL current Aussie kits, and will be worn, but against England, and were worn in the OFC nations cup.

No one has seen us in them really yet, because no major games have been played in them.

Finally, (dont take my critisicm wrong, I think your kits are great!) the logo needs work. You need to start with a really high resolution version, and downsize it for each part of the kit. I made the one that EA really used on their official ingame kit, so when i get it off my other computer, if you email me ([email protected]) ill send it to you. It is on a pink background, so its easy, using a program like PSP to select the whole image with that pink as the transperant colour.

So yeah, thats about it.
Nice work, you could be around here for a while yet, if you keep making kits like that

EDIT: Thought i might add. There is yellow, underneath the green, under the shoulders, but this is shaded by the green, and so looks pretty dark on the field. Id make it the green with a gold/brown/greeny colour spots on it.
Id extend the adidas stripes down the short sleeves just a little further. You have them going equal distance on the long sleeves, and when this is scaled, I dont think that it will look right.
Also: The REAL badge says "Australia" on it, not Soccer Australia. The ones that say soccer australia are replicas, and sold to fans. The one the real team wears only says Australia

Ive been waiting for some good quality aussie kits, well done mate. Even if they are the old kit its still awesome . Also it would be great if you could make the aussie goalkeeper jersey, because the default ones for the international teams all really suck cheers

Well actually it's Under 20's. BTW there's a pic below from TheWorldGame of the under 20's coach Ange Postecoglou talking about their win in the Oceania Qualifiers of the WYC dated 8/12/02. I believe the team's in the background...

BTW the youth team has NEVER worn the same kit as the senior team for as long as I've known.

As for the stripes I think you're right, as for the logo can you post a pic here?

real good quality kits...actually perfect, unless there is some design fault. But you did everything you meant to do perfectly.

Well in the Youth World Championships, that were held in NZ not that long ago, when Van Strattan was goallie, Byrnes captain and we drew to Brazil in the final, but lost in a shoot out, the Kits were identical to the national team ones.

I can promise you that "under 20" kit you put up, was just the kit Austrlaia used post 98 qualifiers. It was going to be our 98 world up jersey had we qualified (and this was in fact the same kit im speaking about that was worn by the Joey's in the World Champs that year we came 2nd).

So yeah. I think the ONLY team that uses a different kit is the Olyroos, and thats because they're usually olympic based, often meaning different sponsers and stuff. However, there was recently a camp held, and I think that playres chosen were meant to be those who would be under 23's in 2004 olympics, maybe this was them?? dunno.

Ill get you that logo as soon as I can

The last match the Under 20's(Young Socceroos) played Brazil in was the World Youth Cup in Argentina 2001. The match was played on the 27 June 2001 and Brazil won 4 nil. Here's a pic of Adrian Madaschi from the Under 20's game.

Also here is a pic of Joe Di Iroio in the penalty shootout against Brazil in the Under 17 World Cup Final in, New Zealand you were talking about. Note the kit is not the seniors one...

As I said, that kit was worn by the Senior team, from 1998-1999 and maybe a bit longer not sure.
Why the 20's are still using it Im not sure, maybe thats how the system works now, but i know we used to have one common kit.

That match was during the period of time, when the senior team was wearing those kits. Read the paranthesis. All national teams wore that kit from either late 1997 to 1999, or just 98-99. I could draw you a complete history of first team national kits, since 98, but wont

Why the 20's wore that old kit I really cant be sure..

Anyway, as promised here is my crest. As I said, IF ur using Paint Shop Pro, just go ctrl-a (select the whole image), then in the selection menu, make that horrible pink your transperent colour.

Hope this helps you make even better kits. Your current ones are looking great.

But its not the current U17's. The World Champs were a fair while ago, 1999 I think, and thats why the 17's were wearing it then, it was the current national team kit at that time too!

Fred Agius Under 17 squad member: photo from the Trinidad & Tobago WC, Sept 2001. The senior Australian kits at this time were the all green with yellow adidas stripes.
