Some observations that I hope might help you guys figure out internal files.

I have been comparing the tables from Db Master 11 (the regular db) and those from my manager modes in Im Master 11. I noticed a few intriguing nuances. First and foremost, the leagueteamlinks tables. In IM, the total count is of 588, in the regular DB, 584, there is a difference of 4 teams.

One of them is assigned for the Created player league:
artificial key
584
league id
383
team id
112238
tablepositon
1

The other 3 have identical records that are "not found"
I would assume they do serve a few purpose :
here's the info:

artificial key
3534
league id
3292
team id
118222
tablepositon
206

Here is what I would these extra teams in MM are for

1 is for retired players that are not used to regenerate scouted players.
why? because some players retired in my manager mode and they were gone for good. Players generated by the scouting features did not match their skill attributes(player ratings) or any bio attributes( weight, country, height, name, etc)

1 is for computer somewhat randomly generated scouted players, they do not don't share the same names ids or common name ids as real players that are duplicated but they are carbon copies of those players in terms of appearance, skills etc.

1 is for a specific type of retiree, the one who's entire records are duplicated to generate scouted players: this type of scouted player the most feared and despised specimen of it's kind...this player is cloned in his entirety. names, attributes, appearance and you get the picture.

What differentiates the player's overall ratings a little bit is their growth stage at the time they are generated or scouted.

Now I made this assumption based on a bit of research by comparing my player.txt tables from the same career but one from season 7 the other season 8. I exported them from MM and analyzed them with DBM.

the first table I extracted was my players.txt from my season 7 of MM, I noticed the first player in the players table was pasquale, the udinese player and his playerid was 2, the total players count was 15575. now there was a bunch of duplicate records with the player id 226163. now if I subtracted them I had a total of 15283 players for a differential of 292 players. but 15283 players is 1 player short of the original dbs 15284 players. the last player in the original db file is Kevin Ellis, his player Id is 202787. any player in the dbs with a player id higher than his is scoutable. now if I remove those scouted players I get a total count of 11404 players, 15283-11404, therefore in season 7 there are 3879 scoutable players. none of them are truly unique. I would love to change that, but i am in no way able to do that. If someone else can do that let me know. But that is a discussion for another place and another time. Let's hope we can get to that later.

anyway let's continue to the 8th year. the first player in the db was number 3, wammo! Bammo! pasquale is gone, but hold on...the player/record count including the 221263's was still at 15575. remove them, the total of players in the db remains at 15283. So lets remove all the scouted players from the db to determine how many real players remain in season 8 and how many of them are scouted players. 9382 real players remain. so 11404(the total of real players remaining from season 7)-9382(remaining real players from season 8)=2022. I don't know maybe 2022 players retired between season 7 and 8. but I do know the real guys are gone from my player.txt tables.
now 15283-9382=5901. thus 5901 players are scoutable as of season 8. and some of those players are duplicates of real players in the db. for instance I have this guy, his name is Corominas, the ea scouting lab made 6 clones of him by season 8, imagine how many there would be by season 13.(Y)
why is he there 6 times? maybe I scouted forwards in south america 6 times up until season 8.

I would appreciate it if someone can investigate my theory being that those 3 extra teams in mm are used by the game to determine how players are generated or if maybe they classify scouted players buy moving records of those players to those 3 teams.

I don't have the tools or knowledge to fix the duplicate player issue nor can I identify those 3 team or the 292 duplicated players that appear in the db every single season. I don't know how or why, I am just pointing some similarities and differences I notice between 3 a few tables.
iI hope my little research, observation and theory can help you guys find some answers regarding internal files.

I think by comparing tables/codes from DBM and IM you guys can find similarities in the codes or encryption between internal files and those found in the normal Db. I don't know anything about scripts or encryption or programming. But I figured maybe an idea from outside the box might help.

ps.If you read this article and are attempting to understand it, thank you. If you understand what i am saying and you are willing to do some more in depth/ technical analysis of my info thank you. just drop a comment. If you guys need the tables I used to gather to come up with my idea can supply the attachments.
