Go to the socceraccess site and read about why we might lose two of the best patch and FIFA program makers of all time. All the #Gk files could be gone, no worldcup patch, this would be a huge blow to the FIFA community. Sometimes I wonder what type of people wander these forums. Why can't all FIFA patch makers get along? Isn't the FIFA community built for the well being of all of the FIFA players? I may not be super deep into these FIFA contraversies, but some peeps cause two much problems around here. Some people act like stupid little children when they can't act mature and responsible.

I have used various patches over time but only discovered Soccer Access comparitely recently.
I am not into politics at all but I have o say in my opion the guys at Soccer Access are great.
The recent World Cup patch is fabulous the BEST EVER that I have used or seen.
Ariel in particulr has done a magnificent job. Pls tell me it is not true.

Buit I have to say: why do you all take what Xavier Baez says to be the truth? I sure don't, if you have been in this community more than 2 years, you will know to take the opposite of what he says.
I was the one that suggested Dihego call Xavier to work things out, not so we would be friendly but so we don't have repeats of this incident. Funny isn't it immediatly after the call all the guys at SA and Dihego had the impression everything was going to be alright. It seems to me like Xavier is trying to make himself the victim ... again. I know there was a threat of fines/jail for xavier as dihego was advised by a lawyer on the fair practices of online business. Xavier incase you didn't realize that threat might be a reality after your latest explosion

When you lose you would 1) have to pay whatever the original suit was 2) your lawyer fees 3) court fees and dihegos lawyer fees. My aunt told me that justice is for everyone and if there is one REASON I am doing this is because I want to be idealistic and I don't want to feel his network can get away with it and that money can still corrupt people to such a level that we are forced to make a fool out of our sites. Ok, so if you are getting away with it, then at least you have to pay the prize for that and that's giving the fifa fanatics the whole damm true.
For 7 months we tried to release SoccerAccess, first we placed direct links to our downloads , revealing the URLs, uploading the screenshots to our servers... and trusting that the common sense will make other sites help us promote Ariel for my personal point of view a really valuable person in the fifa editing field. We released our website as a kind of workshop were Ariel developed all kinds of programs and leagues based on YOUR suggestion. Unlike companies for example that have specific target and compatiblities issues that make them release games as much compatible as possible. So we know many stuff doesn't works but we honestly thing with a bit of feedback many stuff can be resolved.
However, we had many problems with soccered from the start. First of all, the direct link to our 3GK files. Then, the countless ammount of insults to everyone involved in any way with our site. Apart from that, Yj, JJ and Robert attitude to lie to the fifa fanatics and tell them that we are liars, we difamate themselfes, and that we like to fight for nothing. Not to mention Robert "prohibiting" us to use the World Cup 2002 ball because somehow they wanted the whole scene to believe they had exclusive rights for that demo if we would have uploaded that demo here I wouldn't even like to think what kind of "insult tribute" I would have received. So basically what I'm trying to say is if somebody dares to copy something from your site even if its not yours you take it personally. Now for many months we have tolerated this but every man has his right to have his name clean of un true countless ammount of **** rummours your site has spreaded.
If Diego would have moderated their forums as he told me, written an apology to our page, things would be different but no. He wanted me to make my site a public humilliatoin by asking him a forgiveness he doesn't deserves and then telling me he has more important things to do than controlling the 3GK issue and the difamation issue as well. The contradictory part is that he wants to sue me for difamation and threat me to control my life, put me behind some bars and take away my freedom THAT WAS TOOO MUCH OF AN INSULT FOR US .
I thought my pride was not going to ruin the whole fun of the scene so I accepted to place an apology to Diego and to remove any offensive posts against Sockered. However, after many days I discovered that
1) Diego didn't moderated the sockered forums
2) he didn't wrote any apology
3) he writes a new article saying that FifaSpot brazil made a new technique and does nothing to help me regulate that, showing just how vulnerable our work is.
4) and worst of all, I read the Soccer Gaming forums and found out there is a closed threat that doesn't allows me to defend my self and then I see people from Sockered again telling countless ammount of thing they have absolutely ZERO proves of, telling everybody that I make things up just because of jealousy and that Diego is a kind gentleman and I am an evil man who wants to lie to the scene.
Well, if I would lie so much I wouldn't be able to call Ariel and tell him that we honestly need to find other job because his work, our site, and our countless ammoun of hours we spend behind the whole SoccerAccess idea, doesn't has a prize. If the prize for doing patches that thanks to the fifa fanatics are popular is see my name spread all over your dirty mouth, over and over again, I don't want to provide you with more stuff so that you can continue ruining my reputation.
If you want to promote an anti-me campaign then ok as I said I don't care what stuff you write about me because I know you're such a kid you believe everything that is told to you. So what I propose is both soccered and socceraccess to clean their problems off the scene, and to delete any offensive forums. However, we are not going to be fooled this time. I've decided to forget this community and turn my attentions to stuff that are more important for myself, because unlike XB, I won't be spending my life with a grudge against everyone. I've got better things to do in life than be in some scene with a load of stupid kids with huge chips on their shoulder, big mouths that lead themselves to trouble, and the orientation in CA$H.
