Listen you guys, this is stupid, if you want to have these discussions have them on iCq or something where i dont have to hear it, this is utterly stupid, who in there damn right will sue somebody over a damn game, for a start i can see the judge laughing there head off.

Would you guys just kiss and make up, and lets all get back to what we like doing, afterall its just a hobbie and some of you yes do control sites, and yes someone has too, and of course they will earn money, but i know many things about xavier and what a good person he is, he has givin me a lot of help in getting my site up and running, and I know if it wasnt for him Ariel wouldn't even be making any of these patches.

Until you guys no the full story properly just let it go, you lot have such large egos, and one thing about patches.....

Yes some people can have the same ideas and maybe they do make them or start them, i honestly cant see the problem with 3gk or suff like that, but if someone copys say skill move selector thats wrong, its all the permission stuff.

why do you have copyright soccered on your patches, you didnt really make them, i dont understand these copyrights, there not endorsed in any way and if soemone chose to copy it then they wont get sued.

JUST REMEMBER ONE THING, IF EA SPORTS STARTED TO CARE ABOUT THERE GAMES YOU GUYS WOULD BE ALL SUED BY NOW AND LIVING BEHIND BARS OR WITH A HUGE DEBT.

AND ONE OTHER THING, MOST PEOPLE WITHIN THESE FORUMS ARE KIDS UNDER 18 AND THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE IS NOT GOING TO HELP THE FUTURE GENERATION, WE WILL BE GETTING MORE AND MORE OF THIS, AND IF SOMEONE HAS YOUR PATCH ON A DIFFERENT SITE WHATS THE BOTHER OR IS THERE LINKED TO DOWNLOADS ON YOUR SITE, YOU STILL GET THE CREDIT FOR WHAT A GREAT JOB YOU DONE.

About EA sports, I talk to them constantly and through the conversations It has become obvious that they like the modifications. They know if modifications were not released for the game that most of the fans would either lose interest and not buy the sequel or not by the game at all.

However you should be carefull with EA when Robert prohibited us to use "their" official WC 2002 demo ball, making such a dispute about the WC 2002 demo rights and days later he removed that download because EA "requested it" (demand it be real) I guess their copyright claims for the Wc 2002 demo were totally dismissed. I guess EA showed everybody that sockered never owned the demo. So if EA will see how stupid these fights are they may just decide to prohibit us all to modify their stuff and that will be the end of this whole fifa editing thing now will that do any good to any site??

to Steve: I think your post is full of true facts. However it wasn't me that started with this whole "put me behind bars" threat. You are an example of someone honest that works for the benefit of the scene in general now not everybody is like you so its NOT an easy task to deal with these guys from sockered.

and to everyone: Now I've told that we are doing this because everybody should have the right to be treated with respect. However, if sockered wants to ruin my reputation over and over, then I would suggest them to show some kind of respect for the fifa scene now.

What people are forgetting or not mentioning here is that
1) I put an apoloy to diego
2) I removed my post against sockered
3) my site was ridiculized because instead of having the sockered forums moderated, plus an apology from Diego I saw more difamation instead.

What I read a couple of days after that made me realize these guys wanted the whole fifa scene to believe all my alegations were a confussion, difamate myself a little bit more, and on the other hand place themselfs as victims when we make this public, not to mention they always wanted to get away with this one. If they have a nasty language then we have reasons enough to face their allegations and dare them to prove me one single line of their allegations with legal proves.

Now Diego may try to tell a lot of me, but I can say this my dad bought www.fifamillennium.com for him but since I guess he is not respecftull with delicate issues like a lend, he didn't payed us the whole $70. Now what is he going to do sue me for stuff I can prove?? Check who's the registrar for the www.fifamillennium.com URL and you know I'm not making about.

Therefore, if nobody things that descency is a reason enogh to quit the fifa scene then I don't blame you. However, if you would be on my feet, if anyone of you would have been approached by Diego like me, with a threat to mess with my liberty, then don't blame me for talking sudden actions I guess you would all have felt offended greately.

I told Ariel, his work and my work don't have a prize. Either we find a cool place to work, or we will work on generic stuff that everybody knows how to edit. There is NOTHING wrong with two people living in countries were their situation is not optimal trying to improve in their careers.

Now one thing is clear, this is not about Ego. Ego is for example when Diego approached me threating to put me in jail unless I clean Diego's name from all fights, that's ego. Now descency and common respect is another issue. We do not think its funny how every time we release something new more difamation is received. So the only solution is to legally protect us against sites that are beyond the scope of common behaviour and respect. I know I asked for an apology I take that back I just want Sockered to either moderate their forums or to stop placing themselfes as victims of a complot to ruin their site. We lef them the entire road for themselves so why are they complaining about?

I think its the other way around their offenses have greately reduced the ammount of people we can reach. That makes us have less page views, and for the peole that again start relating us with the money let me tell you this in behalf of Ariel: "We do not have as much income as you suppose. Therefore, we do not appreciate other websites turning their efforts into ruining our reputation and making other people believe yhis ridiculous posts and Sir Didier*ations"

Again you can be mad with the messanger but ask Ariel if he really appreciates sites affecting us deliverately no way he will be happy with this. Now what the quote from him I just wrote is for real he asked me explain you fifa fans we rely on UGO, since we can't put all of our downloads there, we depend on Filefront. Contradictory, Filefront makes fifaspot capable of copying any of our stuff because they don't pay for that bandwidth. So I told Ariel if sites were not going to respect our intelectual property, then the worst thing we can do is provide them with more downloads.

So if sockered is such a victim, why don't you remove the insults to us and show to the net that your pride won't ruin the scene???
or is it so important for you guys to constantly turn me down?

This is a way to show our indignation and to prove that sockered nor fifaspot want or have any desires to stop promoting this anti socceraccess campaing, so if there is ANY solution to this is to wait until we can legally produce patches and don't waste time responding to false allegations that one more time I dare JJ, YJ, Robert... to prove me one single allegation they have told with legal proves.

We are tired too, that's why we think these threads are not going anywere if there is one thing I'm doing today is being as annoying as those guys are with us all the single days!!!

I do not enjoy Ariel not being able to release his patches because of the Sir Didier*ations and bad publicity we receive on your site. the fifa spot network has proven us there is no way we can do anything to stop them copying our files, calling our work their work, and worst of all, promote an anti socceraccess campaing again with numerous false serios difamatory allegations about my self.

No way you're going to be a victim. I think you should recognize if there is anyone who has filled the fifa scene with numerous attacks of all types to varios websites it has been you. Not to count your difamations against other websites which you once were part of their team.

If there is anyone here who thinks that talking such dirty words is going to actually enhance your image then that's you. Worst part of all is that you have like 3 or 4 co-workers (I'm speaking about sockered) that can totally lie to the community saying that your allegations are true.

Now you say you're quitting but not unless you ridiculize myself one more time. I guess if YOU would save your bad language for yourself you would have a reason to complain but no way you're going to be seen as the victim here yeah sure I guess by now many people are realizing that your allegations against myself, and diego's threats to put me in jail were the two issues that finally led to this endless fight.

I am just showing to the scene the offenses I've received from Diego so that they can judge wether or not sockered allegations have done any good to anyone and if they have any truth in them.

I am going to stop doing this anymore. I think that if we complain about your offensive attitude which you keep promoting by the way, then we have no other way to explain to the community how hypocrits these guys from sockered really are.

If they hate me so much I announce our bye bye from the fifa scene, now why are they Sir Didier*ating us again?

Quite simple, we do not want them to get away with thise false allegations anymore. We do not enjoy nor appreicate sockered turning all its efforts to ruin our image permanently.

I've told sockered if it would be as easy as to ask them an apology that would be cool. However I asked for an apology and what do they do?
Start telling a lot of new lies about my self. Telling the fifa scene that this is a complot done by us to ruin YJ's Old Trafford stadium. That is what bothers me I don't care if they have their reputation for patch makers however when they use it against me that makes me wonder why do we all have to tolerate their personal good for nothing false allegations.

This is truly atrocious. This really puts me off this community. I sincerely ask u guys to sort this out once and for all. If u can't then take it else where, before u alienate EVERYONE. You both make good patches and have good sites. If such hate exists here then this scene will die a big death and it will only be down to u guys. for god's sake sort it.

I will call Ariel and see what he hais to say.
I feel very sad because now I realize its usefull to continue fighting so yeah I guess my personal security is more important I don't want Diego telling me he will put me in jail or do whatever he thinks can harm me. I mean why would him call me and swear me he will spend all his fortune to harm me that's freaky enough.

So I don't care what I'm being called I guess each one knows who they believe, furthermore, nobody is owner of all the truth and quite honestly people shouldn't promote other sites and other people to spread this hate thru the scene.

I mean I get insulted from people I've never heard about before. Now when Ariel and I signed a news article together we decided we wanted to be considered as a team. But no, I come here and see people saying that I am inventing this up and then other people just insult me because they belive them now that is what bothers us, false alegations over and over again with little to no moderation, over at Sockered there is no moderation at all.

This is our decission, after trying to deal with Diego we have no choice but to legalize our work because they just won't delete the 3GK kits.
Therefore, the only thing that worries both Ariel and me is that we spend so much of our times in this scene and it would be as easy as to ask Diego to moderate the soccered forums or ask soccered to do something about their personal disputes that are now the best way to turn web sites down, however, since they don't cooperate then we are forced to stop doing exclusive patches for socceraccess because exclusive doesn't means anything now. Therefore we will just do usual patches pack 40 kits with a few stadiums and release them, or just random downloads for our download zone.

Now we DID asked them for a forgiveness but people at soccered just answered more frustrated because somehow they wanted me to ask for a better apology, while on the other hand they were doing nothing to moderate their forums, no way, they were promoting their visitors to go against me. So its not like we want or deserve an apology, we just deserve our names to be deleted from their site we don't want people who have proven us ZERO allegations from them to use us the way they feel like it. Because if we're used as propaganda for them then we think that prize is too much worse than the prize of feeling we've done something for this game.
