I don't think China have a reason... the only other country that could do that, is North Korea... and their idiot leader is unpredictable, but still... I don't see why we should panic.

do you even think about what the families in Iraq are going through right now? :( Imagine sitting there... 6 a.m..... havent slept all night.... not knowing what's gonna happen next.... and then you hear a plane coming at you..... :(

Yeah, and the SCUD missiles (he fired 5-6 against Kuwait) reached around 300 km, but a UN-resolution from the early 90's only allowed them to reach 150km's......:o :kader:

The terms of disarmament did not require that he get rid of ALL weapons. ANd also, the PROCESS OF DISARMAMENT HAD NOT BEEN COMPLETED WHEN THIS WAR STARTED, so how can there be surprise if he has some weapons, when the UN inspectors were asking for more time to destroy them????

And there is still no confirmation, despite the fact that they were fired hours ago, that the things even WERE scud missiles.

Get your facts right. IT HAS NOT YET BEEN CONFIRMED. When it has been confirmed, then say it. All that has been said so far is that they 'may' be 'scud-type- missiles.

And Furious George, you should know better than to jump on unconfirmed information and propagate it as if it were true.

And what, xxxFLYERxxx, you are going to get upset that your army is fired on? In a war zone? Give me a break.

Im not angry at all.

I saw the report on CNN, "Saddam firing weapons that he previously denied having". So that's where i'm coming from, and i had no reason not to believe it at the time.
