Some Questions About FIFA 14

Since it's obviously impossible to play FIFA 09 on a Windows 7 computer and since there seems to be no solution for the problem and help available, I'm doing a survey for a game with which I can replace FIFA 07:

1 Is FIFA 14 comatible with Windows 7 64 bit?

2 Is FIFA 14 compatible with Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 ti with the lastest drivers?

3 Has FIFA 14 a good editor? No malfunctions and such.

4 Is there a WC patch comparable to FIFAmania 09?

5 Is there a way to convert FIFA 09 kits to FIFA 14?

I'm grateful for all help and advice I can get.

3. I would like to edit player names, faces, kits, banners and at least one team name and one national flag. Maybe add some team too. Is that possible?

3. you can do all of that.

4. there was a patch for 13 by jschuck12001 in the 13 patches forum, look for it.

regularcat since your about mind if I ask what are the bumps for on kits? I made some kits put them in with creation master (removing old bumps from the kit i replaced) and in game and they look fine without bumps

they are for ea's fabric type textures, we kit makers add our own and use blank bumps.

I had a search but could only find tutorials how to make them, new to FIFA editing from PES have so many questions but dont want to flood the forum will have to learn to search better hah

Thanks again for reply and good advices. However, I have to terrorize you with at least two more questions:

When it comes to that WC patch, since there are obviously teams missing in that one, is it possible for me to create, let's say the Estonian national team, create a bunch of players for that team and when it comes to WC qualifications, simply replace one of the other teams in some qualification group with Estonia (or whatever team I like to add)?

If I want to play, let's say the Czech league (which is not in FIFA 14), can I download and install the patch for that league to the game too or will any addition of some league patch mess up the FIFA WC patch?

you can create any teams you want as well as the players as long as there is enough player names slots remaining if some do not already exist in game.

you can add leagues but there are strict guidelines you need to follow in order to use it in career mode.

as far as the patch's structure you are better off messaging jschuck12001 for more information, i didn't build the patch and didn't use it for long due to the conmebol patch.
