Why is it that when I add a subimage in restwrld.fsh with Sonique, (for a team that I made, number 1999) the badge doesn't show inn-game???

I added it in bmp (sonique only allows that). then made the area around the badge transparent. After that the collors were messed up!! Then I tried to NOT remove the are, but the badge STILL didn't wan't to show up!

How can I make this work??
