I play Pes5 on my Pc, but when i pass the ball or when something happens (an action for ex. ) the sound is retarded. I mean that when i pass the ball, the sound of this action is 2 secnds later. How can i solve this problem???

motherboard issue i believe. reinstall motherboard drivers, or reset the motherboard with the switch inside pc. i had this problem, its well gay. solved now tho :D

I've had that problem in the past. I updated my sound card drivers, and there were also some background programs using up quite a bit of memory so i closed them too.
