squad update patch problem

i have downloaded the winter transfer patch and when i install it, i go into my game and my squads are not updated?

help with this matter would be very much appreciated

May be you are expecting to find the changes in your previously saved game. You must start a new game profile, a new manager mode game ( if you are playing in manager mode.) then may be you will find the changes
