SS 2.0 problem

i'm having troubles with scoreboard selector 2.0's installer. it's downloaded as an 'application' ran in ms-dos, but wtf, it says that it cant be ran in ms-dos mode.. im' runnin winXP btw..

Most likely an incomplete download...

it's definitely not an incomplete download.. i've dl it quite a few times already.. when i click on the installer, it opens up in a ms-dos window but in it says that the program cant be run in ms-dos mode, then it exits by itself..
