Stadium Building

sorry if i am being repetetive but the idea of building our own stadiums and seeing them is pretty exiting.

Many programs have been mentioned but which is the best? where do i get this from?

Where do you get all the textures etc??

Basically what i am hoping someone is kind enough to do is to draw up a walkthrough, very basic so i know which program to get and where to get the textures from

but i've read that fifamania will come with
a Fifa2004 stadiumeditor.

What is the link for the stadium editor o-edit? do i need to download any textures etc or any other programs to make it work?

i got patience! im a student with loadsa spare time!!

wont the fifa mania be in italian though?
