stadium:Upton Park

D/L Upton Park, and being new to Fifa 10 read a tutorial I found, but it says the D/L should be a ( .cmp ) file, but what do you do if it is not.
any help much appreciated.

If the download is a .cmp, then you need to import it into CM10. If it's an exe, you just run it. I wouldn't recommend installing .exe patches. It's safer to import the .cmp into CM10.

3 BIN file
13 OFile
8 FSH file
3 LOC file
so a bit lost really.
just a ? why don`t the guy`s who make the stadiums upload as a .cmp file, if thats the easiest way to get it in the game.

if its not as cmp den import all d files in a zdata(preferably a new 1) with fm 10 and regenerate...it shud wrk

yeah...create a new zdata and put all the files in it. but incase u r using an existin zdata, den dnt 4get to mk a bk up

done that, didn`t work probably done something wrong.
it shows up if I open the data base in FM10 and looks just like the other zdata folders, but doesn`t show in game or CM10, as I say probably done something wrong, without a detailed step by step it`s not surprising, same old story with this sort of thing, easy when you know how.

create a new zdata open fm 10, import d files one by 1 to d new zdata, regenerate. start d game. another method is to directly save d files in the root folder. u can try this but it may cause problems later.

I've had problems with the 09 version as well. I solved it in 09 by importing the 3d files and the fsh files individually (you can extract them from the .cmp using winzip). On an unrelated note, Mick-S, you are the first fellow Football-Freaks guy I've seen on this site!

After about 10 years of Madden decided to give our football a try, have tried them in the past but never thought they were very good, started with PES 10 but FIFA 10 has better AI imo, although both games have there good and bad points, hopefully the 2011 games will improve on 2010.
Anyway getting back to stadiums, although I believe I done everything correct, still can`t get it to show in game, so I noticed there was a zdata_25 which appears to be empty, would importing to that folder be a better idea ?

well after messing with zdata etc, and getting nowhere, I tried just renaming the upton park.zip to upton park.cmp opened in CM10, imported, works fine.

just found ( independente fifa) wow lots of stadiums on this site.
