It is the EA crowd for Camp nou which are not removed by them from file system. Try to regenerate again.
The banner is like that couse of FIFA Dynamic light system. When the sun is almost over the center of the stadium all things are lighter. It is like that when you play over 12:00 to 13:30.

I see that maybe you have installed before some other Camp nou, right? Files are there, so I think that the problem is with stadium table in the base, or not right regenerated files.

In this post you`ll find all releases for Camp nou with info for instaling. Here is the link for CROWD FIX too.

So here the links for all releases:
1. DOWNLOAD CAMP NOU FIFA 13 MEDIAFIRE

With first release you`ll install Camp nou for FIFA 13. There is two options for instaling - with adding as new stadium and replacing El libertador. Replacing is the easiest way, you`ll need only to run Fifa13 i68Regenerator UL 3.2.0.exe after exiting of instalation program to regenerate FIFA file system.

With adding option you`ll need to do some things with DBM 12. You must to do the same things like with adding and after that to open FIFA 13 db with DBM 12 and first go to stadium table and export this table as stadium.txt file.
Open this stadium.txt file.

In FIFA 13 db folder you`ll find camp_nou.txt file too. Open it and copy all the text in there. Now go to this stadium.txt file which you have exported from your FIFA 13 db and paste in the end of it in new row, this that you copy from camp_nou.txt file in db folder.

Save it.

Now with DBM 12 import this saved stadium.txt file. Now in stadium table in DBM 12 you`ll have Camp nou in the end of the table with id 6.

Now go to teamstadiumlinks table and find teamid 241. For stadiumid now are 192, change it to 6. Save your work with DBM 12. Now you`ll have Camp nou in your FIFA 13 as new stadium and only Barca will play on it.
2. DOWNLOAD_Camp_nou_CL_LE_FIFA_13_Mod MEDIAFIRE

With second release you`ll add Camp nou mod CL LE in your FIFA 13. When you install this mod, you`ll have Camp nou with CL or LE logos on the stadium, only for matches in this competitions. This mod also will fix the problem with the grass between adboards and the pitch.

When this instaler exit go to FIFA 13\Game\data\fifarna\assets and open stadium_camp_nou.lua. Copy the follow:

assignTournamentStadTex(6,223,5)
assignTournamentStadTex(6,224,4)
assignTournamentStadTex(192,223,5)
assignTournamentStadTex(192,224,4)

Than open stadium.lua and paste this on the same place where was in stadium_camp_nou.lua(maybe in your stadium.lua will have some other text there, so paste this after the text in new row). Save it.

If you dont have stadium.lua file there, just rename stadium_camp_nou.lua to stadium.lua and find "Fifa13 i68Regenerator UL 3.2.0" in Game folder open it and click on Go to regenerate

Other option for CL LE mod is to open assts.lua with notepad which must to be in Game\data\fifarna\lua and to add this text:

LoadAsync("data/fifarna/lua/assets/stadium_camp_nou.lua")

on this place:

Save it.
If you don have assets.lua Here is this file which are ready for use it for CL LE mod.
DOWNLOAD assets.lua MEDIAFIRE
Just paste it in Game\data\fifarna\lua and regenerate with Fifa13 i68Regenerator UL 3.2.0.exe

3. DOWNLOAD_Camp_nou_crowd_fix_FIFA_13 MEDIAFIRE
This fix will repair the crowd on Camp nou. Just install it

BFL, everything is mostly ok with the stadium. However I have a slight problem that I can't seem to get right.

I have both stadium.lua and stadium_camp_nou.lua, now what I am having problems with is when i'm in CL, the boards are still the Turkish airlines,base etc and not CL.

What I would like to know is, in the stadium.lua file can you show me exactly what text and where to exactly put it.

I tried the other way placing some text in assets.lua but nothing worked.
I need to know what and where to place in stadium.lua.

I hope you can help me and possibly show me a picture of your stadium.lua so I can copy it.

P.S. I have the moddingway mod installed if that's any help.

So i think that just rename your file from 6 to 195 ?

Thank you for using my stadiumboards from PES 2013! Very happy about that!

You did a great job with Camp Nou. I don't know when EA removed it, but on several reviews, the stadium was still appearing, so it had to be a last minute decision.

Can't wait to see more stadiums!

I checked my db again and everything is right like you wrote... I think the problem is the old Camp Nou I installed... and I found out there is no way to remove it. I'm re-installing the game now. Nothing wrong with your stadium. It's just a beauty... Thanks for the help.

OK, no problems. You can add updates too(for CL, LE, and fixed pitch between adboards and playing ground) if you want. This updates makes things looks more realistic.

I don`t see image. But if you dont have crowdplacement folder, I think that you don`t install properly the stadium. If installer don`t find your FIFA 13 folder, do that manualy by browse botton from installer.

BFL, I have tried everything to get the CL adboards around the sides of the stadium, but still I have the default Turkish,Base,QF boards.
When just playing a quick match or a la liga match, everything is as it should be, when I play in the CL, the adboards around the edge of the pitch are the CL ones, which I think this is the moddingway mod adboards.

The stadium has installed fine, I even tried it with the updates and it is still the same.
I think it may be due to me having the moddingway mod installed, its the only explaination.

Again, I think it is due to the moddingway mod, i enjoy it but it would be nice to add that extra realism if i could just get the damn CL adboards to work on the sides of the stadium, but hey...it is what it is and i'm happy!.

I don't know what else to tell you, i must stress that it is nothing i have done as i have done exactly how you explained.
Maybe the other user that had experienced the same issue might be able to shed some light as to how to get them to work.

Anyway, thanks for the stadium and all your help, you have been most kind and it is most appreciated!.

I don`t see image. But if you dont have crowdplacement folder, I think that you don`t install properly the stadium. If installer don`t find your FIFA 13 folder, do that manualy by browse botton from installer.

and I've seen my crowdplacement folder but nothing in the folder. What do I have to?
