I keep getting told that to edit stadiums I need to use Stadium Server, which is located in Kitserver. Well I have the latest Kitserver, and there is nothing called Stadium Server. Just something called stadium.dll which you can't open. It's really frustrating. All I want to do is install the 20 premier league stadiums.

If it has the stadium.dll it's equipped with the stadium server function. You just need to create a folder called 'stadiums' in the directory where the uni and faces + hair folder are located. Insert your stadiums in that folder and it's done.
You should now be able to choose the stadiums in the kit selection screen. (use the 'screen down' key to get to the stadium selection mode and use the keys 7 - 10). You can additionally write a map.txt to assign each stadium to a club or national team.
