Star Effect

Please could someone help me create a star effect for kits. I have searched for it and cant find any help.

i think he es referring to the "star" effect that may have the juventus away kit, well... you need that type of pattern, or i dont remember if in photoshop you can do it direclty with an effect

for my star pattern i usually create either a 4x4 blank or an 8x8 blank

this is my pattern 1=colour 2=transparent

2 2 1 2
1 1 1 2
2 1 1 1
2 1 2 2
