next time, you should post reference photo together with your face previews, so people who have no idea what this player looks like will be able to compare and comment :)

IMO, his outer eye corners are more tilted downwards, nose tip should be pulled a bit higher, and the upper lip should definitely be much fuller. He also has a broader jaw, so you should also scale the jaw a bit more.
