Stopping player from retired

Is there any way to stop player from retired? it's kinda sucks when you played the game for sooooooo long just to realized that the player in your team have the same faces with a crappy names :kader:

Not that i've heard of. You can always ofcourse manage the career with Manager Master and change players age. I'm interrested that is there a list from where the game adds new players.
