Easy. Download EA graphics editor, open the file 0-cd_p.big (where - is the number of the stadium you want to edit). Within that you will see a .fsh file (pit0-cd) with all the pictures of the pitch in it. Save them as .jpg's (or whatever) by using the save as button, and edit with your graphics editor (I suggest photoshop). Then import them back in with EA graphics editor.
Incidentally, do you know where I could get the rosters for the Philippine national team? I can't seem to find them online anywhere and the FA won't answer my emails.

Celt, I am the webmaster of www.philfootball.info ... the only website that is dedicated to Philippine football... there you can find the rosters of the Philippine national team from the youth teams upto the senior team... unfortunately, the website is currently down... experiencing severe server problems...

No, Alfredo "Freddy" Gonzalez plays for Ngan Hang Dong A(Eastern Asia Bank in english) in the V-League... I'm not sure if he will return again for another season as he has received many offers from different clubs in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia & China... I think he's still weighing his options... as of now, he is here in the Philippines endorsing Nike products... he is the official endorser here of Nike football...
