Superpatch - No running track on new stadia?

I'm playing PES5 with Superpatch 3.0 installed, including the new stadia. But with a lot of them, instead of a running track, there's a horrible pink texture all the way around the pitch. Does anyone know why this might be the case? Or are they meant to look like that? It's really offputting, as it basically looks like the edge of the pitch is just this empty space with the adboards on top of it, and it really brings you out of the game...
