Here it is, as some people asked me for it by PM, my minikit template. The source for my minikits is actually a 3d model with the actual kit applied. i´m actually cleaning it to release it so everyone can use it. In the meantime I applied a white texture and did some renders. The collars are made with a vector mask over the template.
Also, I made some good progress previewing the fabric texture inside 3ds max. As soon as i figure out all the collars in the full version i'll be releasing an update on the max file including the 3D Minikit Maker.
In this image I applied a white texture and but the fabrics are masked using the green channel of the "special" texture. It's not an optimised method as it is the FIFA 11 engine but does the job.
