i still get the missing file error after putting the "fix" file in the switcher folder!

Wth, I have said NOT in the switcher folder but in the folder that contains the switcher folder

Mate, the problem is simple. In the code written by Krystian he has forgotten a backslash \. So what should have been: folder\Switcher Evo 09\file has become folder\Switcher Evo 09file.
So I ask you to insert that fix in the "folder", not in the "Switcher Evo 09" directory. Clear now?

-The hymnes aren't played in the line-up, both UC and CL (read about it in the readme, but I thought I should say it.)

If I find something else, I'll post it right away!!

But a little question, the Auto-Switch function sounds really amazing but work it only with the original CL and Uefa Cup IDs or work it with edit IDs too?

How can we know which ID you used for your UCL or Uefa tournament?
Of course only original ones... However, for your UCL or UEFA, you can always use the F7,F9 function

Does it crashes in the loading screen? And after a switching? If so, do you have the time to see the UCL/Uefa background in the loading screen or not?
And did you remember to wait for the sound for the end of the switch before starting playing?

Of course not. The switcher is the core and the one who knows when to switch

it was the rebuildin of the fat files! i removed MD switcher but did not rebuild after.
now after i run the fatbuilder it works fine!
great patch!

Edit: do i need to remove your cinematics patch to get the switcher cinematics to work or is it the same cinematics?

No. The switcher install a new cinematics patch that is a bit different from my previous version. I think this new one is very cool
As you can see now the referee popups is shown with a different referee cinematic and there is also a new popup with the 0-0 result before the match starting that I find very realistic
But you don't have to remove the previous one because the switcher uses its files: it has its own cinematics, so it will not touch yours. However, when you use switcher, also in normal matches, the game will use the switcher cinematics. This is because the cinematics cannot be switched
If you want to see my previous cinematics patch you have to run the game without the switcher or you have to substitute the script.bin in UCL folder with the old one. But I think this does not make sense

1. The form of the rival popup is not ideal, I don't know if it is possible to fix this but when it is possible I hope that Monkey Dragon fix this


2. Can you make the hymn of the CL and UEFA Cup louder? Because they are not good to hear at the beginning, because the fans are much louder. When you want, I make it louder and can upload it for you, for the next update or add-on.

3. Is it normal that when I click on launch and the Switcher Evo Intro end, that I must wait round about 30 seconds till the game start? I do not know what the switcher must all do in this time, but when it is only copy the files I think that this is very long or must he copy so much files/megabytes?

Yes, as with any other file, you have only to import the scoreboard file (to23_s.fsh) by MD in your fifa (in the last zdata I suggest) and the switcher will take that file for "normal" mode.

1. I knew it, but I think is not easily fixable. I could de-activate that popup from cinematics but in this way also the "previous match result" popup will disappear.

2. Mmm. I don't know. Fortunately I made the cinematics in a way that the commentator starts when the hymn should be finished (if you let cinematics going on and you don't press a button) because I thought I could not understand what they said. But I did not think about the possibility to make the hymn louder for the crowd rumour. If you want you can change the wav files as you prefer

3. This has to be fixed indeed. Apart from the switching time, the problem is that this year the FIFA game is slow to start, also when you start it normally. The idea was to start it while the logos video was running, but I think that Krystian has failed in this thing However, if you want to speed it up a bit, you can delete or rename the logos.bik file in "VIDEO" folder. In this way the video with the logos will not run anymore and the program will start immediately to load the game...

3. What I find strange, that when I start FIFA over the normal shortcut, I see in round about 2 or 3 second a black window from FIFA, when I start it over the launch button from the switcher I must wait round about 18 seconds from that point where your Intro ended or from that point when I click on the launch button after deleting the intro file from the switcher. And this difference is a little bit huge I think, some seconds more were maybe normal, but over 5 times longer is strange.
Maybe Krystian can show in the program code and find maybe a optimization for an update. It is no problem to wait longer for this great tool but a shorter wait time is nicer, because so we can enjoy this great switcher faster^^

This is the problem of working with net framework language in a 32bit PC. Btw, did you tried the switcher. Maybe it works also to you

And also you can find a guide in this forum to run programs like Creation Master or this switcher also in Vista 64bit using a virtual PC
