Switching around option file information

hi, i sthere anyway to switch team and player information from one option file to another? just i want to create some premiership teams and i don't want to get rid of my option file i just want to change some teams!

and another thing when i try to open cm4 to pes3 converter it says there is a file missing something like dc711 something like that any idea how to sort this out?
