Just finish my second season. & i have managed to get his overall rating up to 93 now. Half way through the season after match xp got to 100 he went up. He also had 101 stat for finishing,was 99 then wif match xp added +2 finishing point.

But this is not off season growth wif the bar graph 4 the 6 of 15 years for the seasons.

Henry in the game starts at 90 then stay their 4 another season and then drops to 89 and so. He NOT A ELITE Late Bloomer, Just an Elite player.

doing well in games gains your experience points.....getting to 100 sometimes raises your overall raiting....then younger players will grown in the offseason....you are seeing a combination of the two I think. Not to mention sometimes players get a ratings boost playing certain positions....
