Yes congradulations to Uruguay, Australia played terrible, and were lucky in Melbourne.

You must weigh it up though:

Uruguay:
-Ranked 20 something
-The game was in Uruguay
-Have a great player (Recoba) who's worth alot
-Won 2 World Cups (World Champs 4 times- incl Olympics previous :))
-Won 2 Olympics

And Australia:
-Ranked 50th
-Game away from home
-Have a couple of good players, but Viduka played crap.
-Best World Cup result, first round 1974
-Come 3rd in Confed Cup


The odds were against us, but good on Uruguay, they deserved it.

GOod luck in the WC, although I will be following England. :)

Congrats Uruguay.. I hope you'll play against Italy and teach them how to play football. Becuase for the football that Italy plays... i simply have no words. I can't understand that, as a player you actully like playing for that team. What's the fun in NOT attacking. Anyway.. we'll see what happens.
