Tampon Ads no Thanks

What is the deal with these tampon ads getting more and more graphic. As a man I except not to see a couple of things on T.V. Male genitals, Andy Dick and anything relating to peroids should be banned from t.v. This one tampon spot I caught durning Sportscenter. Come on the ratio of people watching Sportscenter is something like 85% males,5% wives who are forced to watch, and 10% dykes. Honestly save the tampon ads for Oprah or the Lifetime Network or anything that dreadfully unfunny Ellen does. Anyway the ad was a man and a woman on a boat. The boat springs a leak and the guy tries to find a way to stop said leak. So the women digs a tampax out of her purse and presto it stops to hole from leaking. I wonder what that was a metaphor for. I don't know. Just keep Tampons and Andy Dick off my freaking t.v.

If you think those adds are nasty you should have seen the Chappelle show when Wu Tang clan produced their own Tampons in a commercial sketch.... now that was graphic :funny:

Apparently the ad agency didn't realize that the core audience for Sportscenter is males ages 13-49. I would understand it [the tampon ad] airing during figure skating or the WNBA, but Sportscenter? Geez.
