Guys I'm just interesting why don't you take PES textures and remake them for FIFA arms, PES 2010 and 2011 has a lot of tattoos in HD quality (I've early played PES 2010 and there left a lot of tattoos for player in good quality at my PC) - I think that it's not a problem to take good tattoos from PES and make them for FIFA just give credits to their authors, there were nearly 10-15 "big" authors for PES tattoos, maybe write them on e-mail and ask their permissions I think they won't be against this and you'll have less work, if you want I can take care of that (take png files with hand tattoos from bin files, give credits to authors or even to write letter to author to ask their permissions) - I saw PES textures they've been made in good HD quality and it's not hard to resize them for FIFA, if you are interested in it write here or write me pm and i take care with authors and with png files.
P.S. Or you aren't interested in it and want to make your own tattoo textures?

Imo PES textures are useless because there is only a very small part for the arm, so they
have to cut it out and a lot of the full tattoo is missing. In Fifa we have both full arms to
work on and can implement a full realistic tattoo. So I think it's better to work with pictures
to get the perfect result.

Hm... you're right about both hands, I even didn't think about other hand, size it's not a problem Pes tattoos can be resized and fit any size because they were made in good quality and can be resized but about both hands I didn't think...

hi to all everybody again!! the tattoo maker is come back !! the project is standing again,but i need more help,i want time for studying too,but in my free time make more tattoos,the next pack content Serie A,ligue 1 and Bundesliga,ok mates,search all tattoos possible for me please,i need all your help fifa users,give me pictures!! :D
