Team league change?

is it ok to swap two teams from different leagues in creation centre?
for example if i wanted to put west ham into premier league and put wolves in the 1st division, will it have a bad effecton the game or will it work ok?

it wont work cause of the fixtures and logos.

you can do it in access, but you'd need to change all the league logos and team logos and fixtures. not easy at all
