A short review of the game (as I see it)

Management part (at least at the starter stage) consists of upgrading the arena. The reason for this is, you get very little money at the start. In order to have money (at some later point) you need to invest money into seating so that you can sell tickets.
At a later stage there are couple of facilities you can build. Fan shop, Fitness centre and Youth Academy.
- Fan shop is useful only when you are in a higher level of competition, otherwise the return is almost negligible.
- Fitness Center is a good investment but costs a lot of money - something to invest in after a season or two
- Youth Academy is for those that got everything. Although it gives you a lot for the money it's still not worth investing until you have at least some 10.000 seats.
A part of management is also the trading. Currently (it's only the first season) it's a bit slow. But in my opinion a good fact is that when a good player comes on the market it inevitably causes a bid war.

Tactical part is quite complicated. The first thing you must do is to select which positions your players will play (this involves checking all the skills of each player and assigning him a position). Once you have that you can select the appropriate tactics/formation. You need to set the training for your players and select to train the formation you want to play. The training gets updated once a week and you get 4 percentage points on the formation you train (you start with all of them on 60%). So you can imagine the start is quite "rough". Once you got all the positions and formations ready you go to set the tactics.
Options you have (besides the positioning of the players) are: Attack Style (Crossing, Running in, Play on Pivot, Jump Shot and Dribbling), Attack area (left, right, center, mixed, l+r...), Fast break (5 settings), Roughness (5 settings), Penalty shooter and Playmaker.
Also you have the option to use more than 1 formation (3 of them in total). You have conditions so you can choose when to play each of them.

Community is quite good. A lot of people are willing to help and healthy discussion is encouraged.

Anyway, you can check it out yourselves HERE
