corsicasteph, I want to thank you for St. Etienne 75/76 and Bastia 77/78. I am playing a 90 minute match now between them. I am St. Etienne 75/76. Marchioni got a yellow card in the 5th minute on a slide tackle.
Rep is amazing. He scored on a cross in the 30th minute then scored again in the 36th on a top corner shot from the top of the penalty. Bastia led 2-0 until the 47th minute (stoppage time) in the first half, where I got a counter attack 1 on 1 break and Revelli beat the keeper to made it 2-1 at the half.
It's really great to play these classic teams. And I love the kits. Especially St. Etienne's green kit with the green socks. Classic! Bastia's blues are nice too.
Piazza and Bathenay's hair are great!!!
You did a great job with the rosters, but I had a few problems when I imported the CMPs. First of all, there were no formation assigned to either team, so initially the game would crash when I selected the teams. I went into CMP and gave Bastia a 4-5-1 and designed a 4-4-1-1 for St. Etienne. (more of a personal style than St. Etienne's style from that era) For some reason, I couldn't assign these teams the base formation for the current St. Etienne and Bastia, which may be a glitch of CM10. But either way, formations weren't assigned for these teams. So you may want to assign formations for them or other teams you release in the future.
Also the banner was blank as well, so I just added the current St. Etienne and Bastia banners. But I do love the classic logos you included!! Excellent!
Another problem has to do with the player first names. On both teams, for some players, there was a space in front of the first letter of the first name. So in-game, it would just say " . Orlanducci" instead of "C. Orlanducci" or " . Rep" instead of "J. Rep".
So I had to fix this issue by deleting the blank space for some of the players in CM10.
Besides the lack of formations and the spacing issue in player names, it's an excellent patch and I am really enjoying these teams. I wanted to make you aware of these issues, because the game does crash when you import the patch then try to select them in game unless the formation issue is fixed these issues in CM10.
What do you think the formation and team styles of these teams should be to match the way they played in the 1970s?
Anyway, corsicasteph, thanks again for the classic teams and I hope you are made aware of these issues. Perhaps you can release an update to these teams. I look forward to future classic teams. In the meantime, I will finish my match and enjoy these classic teams. Cheers!

Once importing cmp, you have to do a few things to be able to use team. First, click on "Teams" tab, and select ASSE 1976 from team list (not A.S.S.E., but ASSE 1976, it's farther down) go through roster and edit players deleting all the spaces before first and last name. (some of the players have a blank space or two before the first letter of their first name, one or two have a blank space or two before the first letter of their last name - this is so players appear correctly in in-game menus)
Then go to "Formations" and you'll notice that that the formation is blank. So select a base formation like 4-4-2 or a formation of your choice so the game won't crash. (game will crash if you leave blank)
Do the same for SEC Bastia 78. Find it in the list and delete blank spaces in "roster" of players first and last names. Then go to Formation and insert a base formation like 4-5-1 for Bastia.
Then finally, click on "Leagues" tab. Select "Rest of World" and add select ASSE 1976 and SEC Bastia 78 from list and add teams to league. When you see both teams listed under "Rest of World", then you will be able to select them in-game without crash.
Then you can see and play teams in-game!
