Tele Camera Flickering

Does anyone else have the same issue as me that the "Tele Camera" causes flickering/stuttering ingame? All the other camera options work 100% fine and have no such issues. I've always played using the Tele Camera but its now a bit unbearable so I have to use the Tele Broadcast Camera in the meantime...

Here is what I've applied/added to my game:
* Revolution Mod 16 beta
* Graphics Optimization settings by riesscar excluding Mortal's UltraPFX mod; but I did change the '1' to a '0' ... right after "PostFX_MotionBlur" in the settings.lua after I installed.....>
* FIFA 16 LOD GFX SETTINGS TWEAKER TOOL and set it to Ultra High Settings.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

The crowds causes stutterings. Is your PC specs capable of Ultra high settings- try lowering the LOD

I believe my PC is capable of running Ultra High Settings, I used all the above mentioned mods in Fifa 15 and had no problem with the Tele Cam.

My main PC Specs are:
ASUS Rampage IV Extreme
Intel Ivy Bridge-E Core i7-4930K
32 GB of Corsair DDR3 RAM 1600mhz
Galax GTX 970 EXOC Black Edition 4096MB GPU

Here is a video to try & show the "flickering"... Its almost same like the "flickering" when the game loads up just before kick-off when you practice drills...

Have you enabled HBAO+ or DSR? I saw those flickers last year using DSR and/or HBAO+ with my GTX 770. Your video is low resolution so I can't tell exactly but it reminds me of this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNIhv4gwQqg

Okay so I seem to have "fixed" it...I set the FIFA 16 LOD GFX SETTINGS TWEAKER TOOL settings to "mid settings", now i have no more flickering/stuttering using the Tele Cam. Don't know why the flickering/stuttering happens only on the Tele Cam when I use the ultra high / high settings, all the other cams have no flickering/stuttering issues on ultra high / high settings.
